Based in Sydney, Australia, Ryan has many years of experience behind him both as a composer and performer. He is an incredibly versatile composer with his music drawing from a diverse range of influences based in part on his experiences as an award winning screen composer as well as on his background as an accomplished jazz pianist. He has scored music for TV series, documentaries, games, films and countless TV commercials.

He has a strong interest in music of all styles around the world and has composed and produced the music on numerous releases for international music libraries.

He has several awards to his name including an Australia screen music award for Best Music For Children’s TV.

Ryan has also composed concert works and in 2017 won the Trio Anima Mundi composition prize for an original work for classical piano trio. 

His music has been used across a variety of platforms and can be heard on numerous shows including Saturday Night Live, Dateline NBC, It’s Always Sunny in Philedelphia, Island Medics, Loud House and Shark Tank.
